Voxear Technologies AB declares that the product is in compliance with Directive (EU)2016/425 and EN352-2:2020, EN357-2:2020, EN352-9:2020, EN352-10:2020 and other appropriate directives to fullfill the requirements for the CE marking. Voxear Technologies AB also declare that the PPE type headset is in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2012/19/EU, the directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and (EU)2015/863 and the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU. Please note, the user manual is currently provided in English, German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish. All users should be expected to understand the user instructions, this is a regulatory requirement. An employer should not provide the hearing protector, Voxear Protect, to employees not expected to understand the user manual, if no other relevant and comprehensive training is provided.
